1. Property and contact

La Casita Camiguin is a private accommodation in Alga, Catarman, Camiguin, Philippines. Contact number: 0949 155 2367.

2. Booking requests and confirmation

Website prices are estimates based on the dates and guest count entered. Availability, final price, discounts, special-date pricing and longer-stay arrangements must be confirmed by La Casita Camiguin before payment. A booking is not guaranteed until confirmation is issued and any required payment has been received.

3. Rates and payment

Direct-booking amounts are shown in Philippine pesos (PHP). Payment may be collected through a secure third-party hosted payment page such as PayMongo. Guests must not send card details through the booking form, email, SMS or chat. Payment-provider terms may also apply.

4. Occupancy and guests

The standard direct-booking maximum is 9 guests unless La Casita Camiguin agrees otherwise in writing. The person making the booking is responsible for providing an accurate guest count and for the conduct of all members of the group.

5. Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM.
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.

6. House rules

La Casita Camiguin is a non-smoking property. Guests are expected to respect quiet time, neighbours, the accommodation, furnishings and equipment. Illegal activity, dangerous conduct and disruptive behaviour are not permitted.

7. Damage, loss and excessive cleaning

Guests may be asked to pay reasonable costs for damage, missing items or excessive cleaning caused during their stay, beyond ordinary wear and tear. Any charge will be supported by an explanation and, where practical, evidence of the loss or damage.

8. Utilities, internet and interruptions

Starlink Wi-Fi and solar backup are provided as practical amenities, but uninterrupted internet, electricity, water or telecommunications cannot be guaranteed where disruptions are outside the property's reasonable control.

9. Safety and personal belongings

Guests are responsible for reasonable care of their personal belongings and for following safety instructions at the property. La Casita Camiguin is not responsible for loss caused by a guest's own negligence or events outside the property's reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

10. Cancellations and refunds

Direct-booking cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Reservations made through Airbnb or Booking.com are governed by the cancellation terms shown on those platforms for the relevant reservation.

11. Events outside reasonable control

Typhoons, transport interruptions, government restrictions, natural disasters, utility failures and similar events can affect island travel. Where such an event materially affects a stay, La Casita Camiguin will work with the guest in good faith on available options, subject to applicable law and the cancellation policy.

12. Website information

La Casita Camiguin aims to keep photos, rates and property information accurate. Minor changes to furnishings, amenities or presentation may occur over time. Material changes affecting a confirmed stay will be communicated when reasonably possible.

13. Privacy

Personal information submitted through this website is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Applicable law

These direct-booking terms are intended to operate under applicable Philippine law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

15. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect when a direct reservation is confirmed will generally apply to that reservation unless a change is required by law or agreed with the guest.
